When the Cicadas cry

The year is 2011, the past year on the fourth of September there was a 7.1 earthquake that shocked the south Island of New Zealand. Thankfully no one was killed but some serious damage was done, it is February of 2011 now and unbeknownst to anyone the clock is ticking down on the quake that will change it all. Meet our characters, they end up being thrown together after the quake and find that they begin having flash backs of another life and another time when they are around each other. Will the small band of heroes survive the apocalyptic conditions or will they succumb to the death, everything will be revealed when the Cicadas cry

Rose snorted "as if! I wouldn't touch an arrogant douchebag like that with a fourty foot pole!" she got up and majectically ascended the stairs slammin gthe door to the bathroom behind her she ran herself a bath and sat in it debating the idea of drowning herself.

Checking his bank account balanance Tobe frowned, crap the syestem that directed the money into his account was faulty. now he literally had no food left, going up to his room he sat on the bed flicking on steam wondering if Alex was online yet

Tobais got off his bed opening up the heavy black drapes wincing as the sun hit his face, he took off his clothing and instead pulled on a dusky blue shirt that had a griffin on it and black pants that had several game designs down the sides of them.

The coding went well, i have the voices sorted came back the reply, he had found himself looking forward to his talk with Alex although he preferred not to show that. For the idea of meeting the man face to face again sent him into a clammy sweat that truth be told made him feel a little dizzy

Liams boss walked in and murmured "We need you to contact the bitch, we have no leads and this crazy son of a bitch is cunning"

"bring her in and put her in one of the interrogation rooms and give her the file there" the man with the cigar hanging out of his mouth loathed the woman but she was damned good at figuring out things that they couldn't. There was a bet running through the office that Liam would end up asking out the bitchy female but none of them would tell them that to his face.

I prefer doing that kind of work than other kinds Tobe replied eventually

After letting her phone ring for a few minutes she picked it up and placed it to her ear "Hello, you have reached the city morgue, if you are alive and want someone dead press one, if you are dead and want to be examined press 2 and if you are an egotistic police officer who needs a life outside of work and a beautiful woman press 3"

Lana smirked "aww, is the technology to hard for your little brain to understand, poor Jamesy wamsey" her voice was slick and filled with mockery. However she continued "as you wish" unknowingly referencing the princess bride she didn't really watch movies at all, she moved from her current position in the city looking at the time "Give me about half an hour"

Lana headed along and when she got to the police station she had a look of amusement as she was escorted to an interrogation room and sat down. With a smirk she ordered a coffee with specific isntructions before she got herself comfortable

Lana had gotten herself comfortable her eyelashes sheilding her eyes from the harsh lights, at his entrance her eyes flicked open appraising him with dark emerald eyes. They quickly flicked to the mirror like screen behind them smirking with obvious amusement "My my my, the mighty police force stumped once more? at the rate you're all going i might as well begin working for you idiots on a full time basis"

She flipped through the file her eyes sparkling with enjoyment, she obviously preferred doing this kind of work to slogging away in the grimy bar. But hey whatever payed the bills, she completly ignored him now now busy analysing

Rose got out of the shower dressed in the shabbisest clothes she could find and found the note "oh my god, has that idiot gone to go snooping"

Rose called Alex's phone tapping her foot with annoyance, oh that little shit she was going to strangle him silly when he got home! her eyes blazed with annoyance, wating for him to pick up her foot she began pacing up and down the stairs

"Get your ass out of there right now or i swear to god i will go next door and tell your life story to your little boyfriend with the apparently charming eyes you little shit" Came the low growl from the other line, from the sound of it she was raging like the fires of hell.

"you were the one whos pent ages talking to him! Get your hiney out of that store pronto before i find a pair of scissors and begind estroying everything that you hold dear including your nutsack you peice of shit!" her voice had gotten louder until she was holding the phone at her mouth and roaring down the line
