Joshua Harrison stood at the prow of the ship. He inhaled the salt air deeply, eyes closing, smiling as he exhaled. He loved the sea and the smell of it, having grown up in New Providence, in Nassau, he was used to it. They'd stopped in Scotland a couple months back, picking up his cousin, strangely. The Scotsman was an odd boy, something wrong in his mind. He seemed to have two personalities, which wasn't at all fun. He seemed to keep his 'Hyde', as he called him, under control. He wasn't certain where he got that name, apparently a story that was told orally in his home town. Josh wasn't the brightest but, he seemed to have a good heart and to be good at what he did. He could do, pretty much, any job on the ship.

Lana was down in the brig once again, her smart mouth and intelligent ways as well as being able to read people had had her ended up in the brig. The chocolate haired female however didn't care, she preferred the brig to having to share a room with the others, she'd unlocked the door of the cell on the first day in here. She'd fixed it up some what as well.

Short ginger hair that was being grown out was all over the place in the wind, Rose was sat on a beam watching the waves move away from the ship. She'd been on the ship a while and generally could get along with people, her temper was fiery and she was stubborn, she was also trust worthy and able to get things done. Her loose shirt hid what little form she had, new people on the ship often mistook her for a young boy which she didn't have a problem with.

Tobe the young male cook was in the galley deciding what they'd have for dinner, he decided stew as that was all they had left. They'd been at sea for a while and getting down to the bare supplies, placing a pot over the fire that burnt in its small hearth he poured some water into it and began chopping up the last of their veggies. He didn't get along with people, he got very anxious around them and would stutter and back track.

Sky had been talking to the young Able Sailors, Dean, and the one that was older, Rae. She was chatting about the weather casually and looked over to the seas. She snorted at something Dean had said, completly out of character. She turned back to him and punched him lightly on the shoulder, "Go be seven sheets to the wind somewhere else." She said as a joke, knowing he was not. She watched Rae daze off to the crow's nest. She grinned, "Hey you, scared of hieghts?"
"No." Rae had replied, and left, Dean traveling behind, him getting 'notes' from the girl. But Skyris knew he was not interested in her, and that he had more admirration for Josh. She turned her head to him, and then scanned for everyone else. She leaned on the rail, admirring her crew.

Jackson was leaned back against a wall, talking to Liam. He disliked having to use so much English. Out of the languages he knew, English most certainly wasn't his favorite. However, it seemed only one other person on the ship could speak any other language and, well, she was crazy and locked in the brig. He still hadn't actually met this 'Lana' and had no idea how she was bad enough to still be in the brig, it seemed, if she were really that much trouble, they'd have just tossed her out. Who was he to question how the ship ran, though? Not really anyone. He was still new to sailing, anyway.

Thomas had gotten on the ship at the same port as Rose The two had been friends since childhood and, while he'd forcibly gotten over his crush on her, he was still around to protect her. He needed out of Boston, anyway. His family knew what he had done, why the Navy had discharged him. They knew and they would never forgive him. Oh, god, if they knew the thing the Navy hadn't learned, his attraction to men as well as women, his mother might have ordered him shot. Still, now he was a pirate, more things for his family to hate him for. He would never be going back to Boston, though. Never again. Nothing to worry about. He shoved the thoughts away, placing his head in his hands a moment as he sat on his hammock.

Liam was relatively new to the crew, an ex-militia man from his home in the mountains of North Carolina. He spoke to Jackson often and was one of the few on the ship who could deal with Lana directly. Nothing he'd done did he regret, nothing could be held over his head by her. He made no attachments, either. He only really spoke with either Lana or the Scotsman, Jackson. They could both hold rather intelligent conversation. He knew Jackson didn't like having to speak in English, though the boy was getting used to it. He was working on cleaning and repairing one of the cannons as he spoke with the blonde boy.

Haythams hammock was a couple of hammocks over, the dark man was well respected in the crew, his skin was white yes but the way he held himself and his general appearance made the word dark suit him. Shady would be another word others used, he had a liking to the color black and wore it as often as he could. Haytham was currently asleep in the hammock having stayed up the night for the night watch, there were a few rumors in the crew about him. He'd been one of the longest staying crew on the ship and to hear it tell he'd never taken a woman to bed, the man was about 27 getting on in years but still rather fit.
